Last updated: August 20, 2026

Reliable Business Credit ("we," "us," or "our") provides business credit building, business compliance, business credit repair support, and funding referral services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we obtain in the course of delivering our services, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

  • Contact information — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Business information — your entity type, EIN, formation date, industry, registered agent information, business address and business phone number, and the funding goals you share with us.
  • Credit and financial information — business credit reports and scores, tradeline and vendor account information, and any negative or inaccurate items you ask us to review. We work with business credit files tied to your company's EIN. We do not request your personal credit reports in the course of building business credit.
  • Payment information — payments for our packages are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  • Website and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and conduct your one-on-one Zoom call — Face to Face.
  • To establish, build, and monitor business credit profiles and place tradeline or vendor accounts that report to commercial credit bureaus and data exchanges.
  • To review your business credit reports and prepare and submit disputes or corrections on your behalf where you request that service.
  • To help verify your business's entity status, EIN, address, and phone against state and bureau records as part of our compliance services.
  • To identify funding options and refer you to lenders and funding partners that match your business's profile and stated goals.
  • To communicate with you about your account, respond to inquiries, and provide service updates.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Credit bureaus, data exchanges, and vendors — to establish and report business tradelines and vendor accounts, and to submit disputes on your behalf. This is the core of the service you are asking us to perform.
  • Funding and lending partners — when you ask us to help you pursue funding, we may share your business information with lenders or funding partners so they can evaluate your request. We do not guarantee approval, and any lender will have its own application and privacy terms.
  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate, such as payment processors, email and scheduling tools, hosting, and analytics providers, who are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Business Credit vs. Personal Credit

Our business credit building services are designed to build and report a credit profile under your business's EIN, separate from your personal Social Security number and personal credit file. Some business credit products and funding applications may nonetheless require a personal guarantee from an owner; where that is the case, the lender — not us — determines and discloses that requirement to you.

5. Cookies and Analytics

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and their owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
