Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Reliable Business Credit ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a consultation, purchasing a package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Our Services
We provide business credit building, business compliance support, business credit repair support, and funding referral services. Our services are delivered through one-on-one Zoom calls — Face to Face — guided setup and monitoring, and package-based engagements. The specific scope of your engagement is the package you purchase, as described on our website and confirmed on your consultation call.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to businesses and their authorized owners or representatives who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are authorized to provide your business's information to us and to authorize the actions you ask us to take.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about you and your business, and update it when it changes.
- Cooperate with the steps required to establish and build your business credit profile, including completing vendor and tradeline account placements and making payments on accounts in your name.
- Respond to lenders, bureaus, and vendors as needed, and promptly review reports and documents we share with you.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to any bureau, lender, or vendor.
4. Fees, Packages, and Payment
Our packages are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase. Certain offerings — including permanent or aged solutions — carry an additional cost, which is disclosed before you commit. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not affect a package already purchased.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Business credit building and repair involve factors outside our control, including the accuracy and completeness of records held by third parties, the conduct of lenders and vendors, and your own business decisions. We do not guarantee any specific credit score, credit limit, funding amount, approval, timeline, or outcome. Any figures referenced in our materials — including reportable credit potential — describe what our process is designed to pursue and are not promises of a result. Approval for any credit or funding product is determined solely by the lender or provider, and is subject to their own criteria and underwriting.
6. Business Credit, Personal Credit, and Personal Guarantees
Our business credit building services are designed to build and report a credit profile under your business's EIN, separate from your personal Social Security number and personal credit file. Some credit products and funding applications may nonetheless require a personal guarantee from an owner; that requirement is set and disclosed by the lender, not by us. Business credit building is distinct from personal consumer credit repair, which is regulated under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws.
7. Funding Referrals
Where we help connect you with funding options, we act as a referral resource. We are not a lender, we do not make lending decisions, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Any lender's terms, rates, and privacy practices are theirs alone, and we are not responsible for a lender's decisions or conduct.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our packages are delivered through individualized work and third-party account placements that begin soon after purchase, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or discuss a refund, contact us promptly and we will review the status of your engagement in good faith. Any refund or guarantee terms offered with your specific package will be confirmed in writing at the time of purchase and govern over this general statement.
9. Intellectual Property
Our website, our name and logo, our written materials, and the processes and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding opportunities, or lost business, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the package giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are provided as general information and are not legal advice. Credit building, credit repair, and funding referral services are regulated at the state and federal level, and requirements vary by jurisdiction. We recommend having these Terms reviewed by a qualified attorney, and adding your state-specific disclosures and guarantee language, before publishing them.
